General Surgery
Professor Sheen is a trained general surgeon and has been for a number of years. Although he super specialises now in certain types of cancers (HPB) and predominantly hernia surgery, most of his general surgical work includes diagnosing and managing gallstones, chronic abdominal pain where there is no obvious organic cause found. In addition, he offers a service for hernia and mesh complications as well as deal with rudimentary skin lesions and lipomas for excision that do not require super specialist care such as plastic surgery. He also does not undertake any excision of lesions on the head and neck and facial area.
